The measure of foundational abilities is going to be an online assessment you will complete in different categories to give us an idea of the level of functioning of your family member. It will ask you questions regarding balance, gross and fine motor skills, sensory system, social and emotional skills, organizing attention and cognition, auditory and language, as well as sleep. Once you complete that, an email will be sent to you with a report of the baseline of the scores.
